A generous client mentioned the old web page did not represent the experienced deliveries of BlueBehavior. There was quite a bit of focus on the standardized and highly effective, highly reusable content and materials available to kickstart new projects.

There was, however, very little on the projects themselves. I've just updated the home page accordingly. More focus on the many and very varied types of projects that BlueBehavior has undertaken in recent years and across almost all continents.…

Had some quiet time in the winter holidays to add an important stack of information to the BlueBehavior website: The facilitation book.  

While I would have liked a nice swirling PDF-display, I opted instead to drop the 58 pages as images files on a single Simplero page. This way I hope it is easier to look across and perhaps print as an inspiration to the thousands of engaging ways modern facilitation and leadership training may be designed, developed and delivered.

2018 has been a fantastic year with tons of wonderful challenges around the world. A lot of fine projects have come to conclusion right before this summer. Final plans for Hager Challenge 02 in India, commited closure of the second Van Oord PMC Cycle 2 and approval of the interactive Project Induction for Vattenfall. And, the release of the Vattenfall edition of TeamBuilder, called RiskPlay:

Not really news, Simplero is known for this. I did, however, experience the service first hand this Saturday. Extremely pleased with the kind help recieved in setting up a community site for a round-the-world development journey and leadership program.
