As a remarkable 2019 runs out, I've come to accept and leverage that postcards are my vehicle of choice. Postcards are brief, effective and handy for anchoring facilitation and international leadership development. I've also used postcards to summarize past years, and today is no different.

Everything seems to fall into place, the online offering and the real-world materials, all there now to make sure we can deliver anywhere in the world at best possible price point for NGOs: Free!

Besides the fantastic projects out in the world, the remaining time of 2018 and increasingly 2019 have been on the Online Fitness Center.

As eluded and now linked on the front page, I've been challenged repeatedly to offer a digital clone of the training and facilitation offered internationally. A generous client mentioned the old web page did not represent the experienced deliveries of BlueBehavior. There was quite a bit of focus on the standardized and highly effective, highly reusable content and materials available to kickstart new projects.

There was, however, very little on the projects themselves. I've just updated the home page accordingly. More focus on the many and very varied types of projects that BlueBehavior has undertaken in recent years and across almost all continents.…

As promised on the BlueBehavior home page for quite some time, 2019 will be the year to give it back and make the proven best practices available beyond the initial group of generous clients and strategic partners.

Just finished another program in South Africa - excellent inspiration from an inspiring, interdependent and very capable group. In closing, I shared my recommended reading list at Amazon.

Have a look - of course the books can be ordered anywhere; Amazon is simply convenient for global delivery and various formats.

Personally I prefer eBook + Audiobook where "Whispersync" keeps all progress updated across devices and services from Amazon to Audible and back again. Oh, and yes, I listen on iPhon…

Had some quiet time in the winter holidays to add an important stack of information to the BlueBehavior website: The facilitation book.  

While I would have liked a nice swirling PDF-display, I opted instead to drop the 58 pages as images files on a single Simplero page. This way I hope it is easier to look across and perhaps print as an inspiration to the thousands of engaging ways modern facilitation and leadership training may be designed, developed and delivered.
