Worldwide Facilitation

Below are no less than 29 spreads / 58 pages from a picture book I created in 2016, covering the previous 10 years of international assignments with leadership groups and strategic change events around the world.

Additional information and options for feedback, please see this this blogpost: Website updates: Facilitation Booklet.

The original and sole intention of the original facilitation book was to explain to my soon-to-be teenage kids why I felt -- and still feel -- so fortunate and privileged as a facilitator, helping leaders all across the globe to a better understanding of themselves and their surroundings.

The book worked - the two young skiers and divers in the last frame of this long page are still sending me out in to the world, knowing full well that this is what truly satisfies all aspects of my ikigai*.

Turns out the book is also a good source of inspiration in the design of truly varied and effective programs. Skim along - and please ask me about any peculiar detail, just drop me a mail with the page number....

* International facilitation and my mantra of "making the world a better place, one leader at a time", is truly core to my ikigai; i.e. at the center of what the world needs, what I'm good at, what I love doing and what I may actually be paid for.
